1. General Terms

Jeta 5 (jeta5.best) is an online betting and gaming platform. By using this website or app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use Jeta 5.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the Jeta 5 platform and its users. All members are required to comply with the rules set out here.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

• You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Jeta 5 will not be held liable for any unauthorised access.

Jeta 5 reserves the right to reject any registration application at any time without providing a reason. A valid mobile number and active email address are required to create an account.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on Jeta 5:

• The minimum deposit is ৳100. The maximum daily deposit limit is ৳1,00,000.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Transactions can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. No other payment methods are accepted.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. If verification is required, it may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account used to make the deposit.
• Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirements have been met.

For suspicious transactions, Jeta 5 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold pending verification. If evidence of money laundering or fraud is found, all funds in the associated account will be forfeited and legal action will be taken.

4. Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded to your wallet.
• Odds may change during live betting. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are final.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Jeta 5 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Placing conflicting bets on the same match ("arbitrage betting") is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum bet is ৳10; maximum single bet is ৳50,000.

Jeta 5 reserves the right to set maximum win limits on specific markets at any time. These limits may apply particularly to major tournaments or high-value events.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

The following rules apply to all Jeta 5 bonuses and offers:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements. Typically, the bonus amount must be wagered 10–30 times before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time only. Any unused bonus will expire once the validity period ends.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.

• Exploiting any platform vulnerability or bug to gain an unfair advantage.

• Threatening or harassing other members.
• Abusing or mistreating Jeta 5 staff.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

Jeta 5 may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• On suspicion of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• Failure to provide documents required for verification.
• Extended periods of inactivity (over 12 months).
• At the member's own request.
• When required by court order or legal obligation.

If an account is closed, any legitimate funds will be returned after verification is complete. Accounts closed due to prohibited activity will not be eligible for a refund.
